Maybe you knew, maybe you didn’t: I have a thing with numbers. Love them, I loved math in ‘highschool’ and it still is my favorite thing to teach. I see patterns in numbers everywhere, and ‘beautiful’ numbers can make me happy. Yes, there it is. You can all run away now.
LOL
So, I had to do something with that, right? I started with some HUGE numbers, came up with a matching kit and solids. Then I came across something called ‘inchies’. Have you heard about them? Check here and here for examples! I had to do something like that, so I created a pack full of 2 inch squares (see, twinchies
) and I still wasn’t done with this project! Let me just show you what you can buy:
Here’s the kit, at 25% off
Some solids to match, 25% off too!
A matching alpha, 25% off!
If you like it till now, you can get this in a small bundle (on sale too)
The huge numbers, on sale!
The twinchies, already embellished, on sale!
A set of styles, CU ok, on sale too!
And of course, a big bundle, on sale too!!
Remember the post with my goals a while back? Well, another thing about me is I love schedules and to-do-list too. So I of course created this layout with my goals:
(I have this in Dutch too, but since I blogged it in English, it seemed easier to scrap it in English too
)
I’ll be back tomorrow with some great CT inspiration! Thanks for looking!!

It’s time for this weeks new releases at Elemental Scraps, and it’s collab week, so that means… well… a collab LOL
This time I got together with Crystal of Inspired Designs by Crystal, and created this kit all dedicated to READING! I don’t know about you, but I LOVE to read. I have a childrens book fetish, and I’m sorry to say I have had far too little free time lately to read anything. For the first time in my life, I have TWO unread books waiting for me. And that’s me saying this after 5 weeks of summer break, what’s wrong with that picture?? Ugh…
Anyway, let me show you the kit:
a closer look:
Here’s a LO I did with this kit, featuring our bookcases:
And here’s what my CT/the ES CT did with the kit!
Off course this kit is on a 25% sale, as usual. Make sure you grab it! I have a cute freebie for you, a set of 3 doorknob hangers for the readers that do not want to be disturbed
Enjoy! And don’t forget to visit Crystal’s blog as well, for another freebie!!

Ugh, I promissed you CT layouts… where did the time go? We’ve been sooo busy the past few days!
We moved Leonie to her a new room, the room that used to be our office. She was still sleeping in her nursery-room (we did give her a new big-girl bed and moved the baby-furniture to the other small room), which is now Johans office. We are planning to rebuild the attic someday, that will be the office space then, but for now the small room has to do ![]()
While the kids were at the babysitter (she will be watching Julian when I’m back at work and Leonie will be in school), we moved the stuff around. Then we had a BIG room with only a big-girl-bed and a small room with a tiny office.
After that, it was time to SHOP! On Wednesday my mother watched the kids while we emptied Ikea LOL Not only did we get stuff for Leonies room, we also bought ourselves a BIG dinner table! With our little family of 4, and we rarely have eaters, we now have ourselves a dinner table for 8, which can be extended to hold 2 more
I see lots of craftspace!!!
Today we put all the Ikea stuff together, and so now our house smells like new furniture
Ok, now you know what kept me busy (lame excuse, right? “I was putting together Ikea furniture” tssss), on to the promissed CT layouts!
I’ll be back soon (no promisses this time LOL) with sneak peeks for Mondays releases!!

Have you recovered from the iNSD madness?? I hope you had a great time and got your hands on some cute stuff to scrap with! I know I have
Now don’t think I’m being lazy here, I know I have been silent (or at least… more silent than normal). I’m actually working my behind off for what’s to come! I’m no good with deadlines… No matter how far ahead they are, I feel rushed until I get everything done. So right now I’m working on a grabbag, a prize, a new kit and some ideas that are in my notebook! I feel that every month, with new stuff and exciting opportunities, is better than the last one! April was great, May started with a bang and is better already and June will be GREAT in capitals! No, I’m not sharing anything yet LOL. If you want to be the first to know what’s going on, I suggest you sign up for my newsletter (top of the right sidebar).
Besides working very hard, I have been very busy at home too. There’s a nasty cold virus running through our house (it feels like TEN virusses!!). Leonie has a ba cough and constant running nose, but at least she can blow her nose and take cough medicine. Now Julian has the same problem, but he’s too little to take care of this virus… He has a lot of trouble sleeping, and he neeeeeeds his sleeeeeep (and if he doesn’t, his mommy needs him to sleep!). And now, finally, I’m getting the same cough… *sigh* Please let the nice weather begin!! (It has been raining all week…)
What am I blabbing about!! On to the new release! Yes, I know, it’s only one today… but now you know there’s more to come!
A set of labels to create titles or to date your page! The colors match Ladybug Hotel and Beetle Love, so if you already have those, this will make a great add-on! (ON SALE during the weekend, as usual!)
This evening I was very busy with correcting an error… I discovered Photoshop had been saving my files at 72 dpi in stead of 300 dpi! I used an altered script for mass-saving, and apparently it re-installed the original script… without me knowing! I already send out new download-links to the people who purchased ‘affected’ files. This concerns (or should I say concerned) Label Me, Ladybug Hotel Alpha and Shape It. I’m SO sorry for this! If you somehow did not receive this e-mail and have files with the wrong resolution, you can contact me at biebels1 @ gmail DOT com.
Now, here’s Label Me in action:

First of all, to all Dutchies: hope you had a great Queensday! (That’s odd to say in English LOL) We celebrated our queen, her family and anything Red-White-Blue and Orange today! Too bad the weather was worse than yesterday, it was rainy, but still fun.
Second of all: Happy (inter)National Scrapbooking Day! A great reason to celebrate, so stay tuned for lots of news! I’ll keep it as short as possible, cause I’m sure you have a lot to do this weekend
Enjoy!
*gosh, where to begin!*
I’ll start with an amazing collab with an even more amazing designer! I had this idea in my head of a kit devoted to ladybugs. I immediately thought of doing a collab with someone, but was way too chicken to even ask her. Then I thought: what the heck, and I asked her and she said YES! Of course, she (Ellie Lash, I’m talking about Ellie Lash people!) is super-sweet, so what else could I expect?? This collab turned out really great, I’m such a big fan of Ellie and now we got to work together! How great is that!! (O wait, I promissed short…)
Some CT inspiration:
This kit (and all my other stuff!) will be on a 50% sale this weekend!!
I have to type fast now, cause Julian will wake up in a bit, and I have to send a newsletter too (which by the way will contain a coupon too *wink wink*)
I have 2 new and exclusive releases in my other store too. During the month of May, I’ll be guesting at MissTiina.com!! Check out the kits you can get there, everything will be -50% too!
Inspired by the same theme, with partly the same colors, but a whole different style, Beetle Love!
And a kit inspired by a Gerbera flower: I *heart* you (perfect for Mother’s Day!)
So, in short: 3 new kits, 2 at MissTiina.com and 1 at SUN, everything is -50% till Monday, now GO!!
